Clay in the Potter’s Hand CD
My first official musical recording. It was 1979. I was 28, a single guy in Dallas, still learning to sing, and trying on music as a ministry with understandably very little success. The producer was as good as I could afford in the analog days of multitrack recording on open reel tapes (which are long gone, both the days and the tapes, so the cassette-to-digital transfer is what it is). There are a couple of pretty good songs in the mix, but several really, really dated ones, too. There is also ample evidence here that writing songs and performing them do not always rise to equal levels of ability. Please be kind as you listen.
Note: Lyrics were not included with the cassette for this recording so will not be here either.
